General:

  2. No hold on personal checks (I work on honor and trust)
  3. A $30.00 fee will apply to bounced checks
  4. Payment is due within 12 days of notification from me after order is placed. If there is a problem don’t hesitate to email me, I will be glad to work something out, but please don’t leave me guessing.
  5. I will ship to the majority countries in the world (unfortunately restrictions apply to some countries, please inquire).
  6. I take care to package everything I ship so it will arrive in the same shape as advertised. If you wish insurance on your package – this can be arranged (insurance from Canada is for loss of product only).
  7. The item will be described to the best of my ability, but if you have any questions don’t hesitate to email me. Make sure you look closely at the pictures (click on thumbnail - if one) – what you see is what you get. If you need further information on a ‘piece’ please contact me.
  8. I reserve the right to refuse to sell to an item to a customer.
  9. Shipping will vary with item. I will attempt to ship it for the most reasonable amount. Options will be given to have product shipped by airmail or surface mail.
  10. US and International buyers please consider that your item will be coming from Canada and may take a little longer than items mailed within your country. Dealing with Customs and 2 Postal systems make this a challenge! Please have patience
     US Shipping Airmail - up to 10 working days depending on US customs and location
       Surface Mail - 10 plus working days depending on US customs and location - could take up to 30 days.

My Refund Policy:

I will review on the merit of the request.

  1. If an item is damaged in shipment – I will refund fully; only if article is returned or a scanned picture of damage is forwarded to me. Article must be returned (or picture forwarded) within 30 days of receipt of goods.
  2. All returns from International customers must be declared as "Canadian Goods for Return" on the Customs Declaration form.
  3. If an item is not as described – I will not deliberately mislead you and will review on merit of request.
  4. If you are bidding on vintage ‘goods’ keep in mind that these goods have been worn over time and are not new.
  5. Be sure to ask any questions before you buy.
